3550875 - When Horizon is Enabled, "Use Editor Content When Sending Email Notification" changes are not saved

Symptom

When adminFioriHorizonEnabled=true, whenever an administrators  accesses an Item, goes to the "Email Notification" tab, and clicks on "Use Editor Content When Sending Email Notification" for any other notification template, the page scrolls all the way up to the Cancellation Notification.

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  On Learning Admin > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN > Set adminFioriHorizonEnabled=true >
  2. Sill on Learning Admin, access an Item > 
  3. Go to "Email Notifications" tab >
  4. Go to "Edit the Registration Email Notification for the Item" (or any other notification but the "Edit the Class Cancellation Email Notification for the Item") >
  5. Select the flag "Use Editor Content When Sending Email Notification" >
  6. Page scrolls back to the top and change is not saved.

 

Resolution

The Engineering team informed that they identified the code issue that was causing this scenario and plan to have it fixed on the 1h2025 release, which is planned for the following dates:

  • April 14th for preview environments;
  • May 16th for production environments.
