3550878 - Troubleshooting Tosca Server Unreachable and Error 1053

Symptom

  • When attempting to access the Tosca Server, users encounter a scenario where the Tosca Server URL is unreachable, and all Tosca Server services are stopped. Manually attempting to start these services results in an Error 1053: "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

  • Error Message:

    "Windows could not start the Tricentis.GatewayService service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."
