3550957 - Hierarchy in public dimension refreshing failed after QRC4 in SAC

After QRC4 in SAC, when refreshing a public dimension job for hierarchy updating, the below error happens:

An unexpected error occurred while trying to update the dimension data.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2024.21.10 (Client)
• SAP Analytics Cloud 2024.21.8 (Server)

1. Logon to SAC and open a public dimension.
2. Go to data management and refresh the job which will update the hierarchy  then the job failed with error: An unexpected error occurred while trying to update the dimension data. This source was not refreshed due to an earlier failure .
3. However when creating a new job with new hierarchy, the new job can refresh the data without issue.
