3551026 - Unified Data Model - Error when accessing a job on the RMK Career site - Recruiting Marketing

• When accessing a job on the career site Blank or Error page appears and it does not display any information for the job requisition. 
• The URL shows the RMK Career site URL followed by errorpage/?errortype=Exception (e.g https://jobs.test.com/errorpage/?errortype=Exception) when accessing the job. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Navigate to the career site.
2. Search and Click on the job from the career site. 
3. Page is empty is and on the URL it shows errorpage/?errortype=Exception. 

SOLR issue from the backend.

The invalid job can be deleted by the internal team. You can raise a ticket to the support and provide the title of the job that is having the issue. The internal team is already working on the permanent fix to prevent the issue from happening. This KBA will be updated for any updates regarding the issue.
