3551215 - Outbound Logistics Control - Release Option for Customer Demand Grayed Out

In the Outbound Logistics Control Work center, the release option for Customer Demand is grayed out. This issue is observed specifically for Sales Orders with the status "Not Released" and Delivery Type "Third-Party".

 SAP Business By Design

1. Navigate to the Outbound Logistics Control Work center
2. Select the Customer Demand view
3. Apply a filter for "Third-Party" in the Delivery type
4. Select an Order id and observe that the Release button is grayed out

The Sales Order is in a "Cancelled" status, which is preventing the release for delivery.

This can be verified following the below steps:

1. Navigate to the Outbound Logistics Control Work center
2. Select the Customer Demand view
3. Apply a filter for "Third-Party" in the Delivery type
4. Select an Order id and scroll down to the General tab and observe that the Cancellation Status is Cancelled

This is the expected standard system behavior. The system does not allow the release for delivery for Sales Orders that are in a "Cancelled" status.
