3551240 - "No Quick Actions Available" message in integration of SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft teams

Symptom

When accessing the "Manage My Team" Quick Action in Microsoft Teams integration, the message "No Quick Actions available at the moment" appears

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into your instance.
  2. Access Microsoft Teams and try to access the "Manage My Team" action.
  3. The message "No Quick Actions available at the moment" is displayed.

Resolution

Please verify if you have enabled integration between SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft365 as per the KBA 3319695 - Integration Between SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft 365 - SAP for Me.

Also, make sure that the mapping between the SAP SuccessFactors instance and a Microsoft Entra tenant is unique. This means it won't work if you own multiple Microsoft Entra tenants but only one SAP SuccessFactors instance. In such a case, you need to connect each of the tenants to a unique instance, separately.
