3551269 - SM30 | No entries exist, double-click for long text

Symptom

You try to maintain a row for an empty customer table or a customer maintenance view. The table or maintenance view has only one key field, which is MANDT. The maintenance dialog has Maintenance type one step. This message appears in the status line: No entries exist, double-click for long text. If you press button New Entries, the system switches to the initial screen of transaction SM30. This message is raised in the status line: No entries found that match selection criteria.
