3551432 - "No email templates are configured for this application" error in Output Parameter Determination - S/4HANA Public Cloud

When assigning an email template for dunning in Output Parameter Determination (OPD), the following error appears: "No email templates are configured for this application".

The email template being used is not correctly maintained on the "Maintain Form Template" app.
