Symptom
For the integration scenario for TM with EWM is based on the EWM TU. Before goods are loaded in EWM, warehouse workers may receive a notice that some delivery items are not required to be delivered and perform 'zero picking'. This may have an impact on TM like:
- After PGI in EWM, users notice that the LE delivery quantity has been updated to zero quantity. However, the TM FU has not been updated.
- After sending the LDAP notification message with Finish Loading and Departure from Checkpoint, the FU (item) of the zeroed out EWM delivery (item) has been unplanned from TM FO. In previous releases/support packages, the FU item would remain in the FO Item hierarchy but with a 'zero' quantity.
- If the FU has been unplanned from FO, it has not been cancelled and still retains the original delivery quantity. This inconsistency exists between the LE delivery and TM FU.
