3551561 - Error encountered when updating Benefit Enrollment Effective From date and Entitlement amount

#1  An error message "You are not eligible for this benefit on (month/dd/year)  is displayed when attempting to retroactively change the Effective From date of a Benefit Enrollment record.

#2  The Entitlement amount field in the Benefit Enrollment object is read-only and cannot be updated . See below:
