Symptom

Cannot see stories when open stories tab on the Manage KPIs and Reports(F2814) app.

 Message : No data found. Try adjusting the filter settings.  

You can see the following error in SAP Gateway Error log (/n/IWFND/ERROR_LOG)

 Error ID : /SSB/CORE802 HTTP202
 The authorization server is currently unable to handle the request due to a temporary overloading or maintenance of the server.
