3551624 - Attachments not copied from Shopping cart to Purchase Order

The Attachments tab in the Header of the Purchase Order does not contain the full list of attachments from Shopping Cart.
The attachments are only visible at Purchase order line item level.

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center 
2. Go to Purchase Orders view
3. Search for the desired Purchase Order 
4. Navigate to attachments tab, there are no attachments

Expected System behavior

Purchase Order is created with reference to the Shopping cart which has individual attachments at its line item level, the same will be copied to the Purchase Order. Hence, there will be no attachment present at the Purchase Order header level in this scenario. 

If any attachment is required at the header level of the Purchase Order, required attachment can be manually attached in the attachments tab of the Purchase Order at the time of creation itself.
