3551626 - Error "The license is not valid. Check your license key or verify that the server is running" when loading a local license - SAP PD

• During the installation of PD Desktop, the following error message appears:
     The license is not valid. Check your license key or verify that the server is running. 
• The license file is an unserved standalone (SS) license.
• The value of Host ID displayed in the setup wizard begins with DISK_SERIAL_NUM=.
• Details from the log indicate:
     Failed to obtain 1 license(s) for PD_BPM feature from license file(s) or server(s).
     Invalid host. The hostid of this system does not match the hostid specified in the license file. Unserved licenses can only be used on the host for which the license was generated. If the license is intended for use on this machine then you need to check-in the license and regenerate it using the host id for this machine.
     The hostid of this system does not match the hostid specified in the license file.
