3551648 - Benefits Birthday Job does not create one-time payment for users with active and inactive employment

For users having one active employment and one or more inactive employments, the Benefits Birthday job is not creating the one-time payment record.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Global Benefits

1. For a user having one active and one or more inactive employments, check the one-time payments (Spot Bonus) portlet after the Benefits Birthday job has run on the user's birthday.
2.  You will see that there's no record created for the Birthday Bonus.

Engineering has confirmed that this is currently a functional gap/limitation and requires an enhancement.

There is an enhancement planned for 2H 2025 (Reference: BEN-18659).

Please follow this KBA for updates or you may also track the status of this enhancement with your CSM. 

Workaround: Import the claim record in the active employment of the user.
