3551650 - Maximum of three banners displayed on Custom Page

When creating a custom page, for example, five banners are associated with the page. 

However only a maximum of three are displayed to users when the expectation would be there would be five.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Add more than three banners to a custom page ensuring the Target Group for the banner is set to All Active Users
2. Navigate to any custom page and note only three are displayed
   
   
   

Confirmed bug as a result of the 2H 2024 release

Our Learning Engineering team have reviewed this issue and created a fix for it. Currently it's scheduled to be made available in the 1H 2025 release. In the meantime the fix has been submitted to be included in an upcoming patch release. If accepted, KBA will be updated with confirmation of the release date.
