Symptom

  • While uploading custom language, it uploads successfully, however, the changes were not applied and cannot download the file with message: "The selected locale does not contain any keys for export."  
  • While Uploading custom language with "]]>" XML format ,all the content that before the "]]>" XML format is uploaded successfully but the content after the "]]>" XML format is not reflected.
