3551739 - Left side panel in ODE story is greyed out and showing 'Left side panel isn't available in Reporting Layout' message in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Unable to open left side panel in edit of the ODE story in SAC. 
• On hovering cursor on left side panel it will show ''Left side panel isn't available in Reporting Layout'. 

SAP ANALYTICS CLOUD: 2024.15.16

1. Login to SAC. 
2. Create a story. 
3. Go to edit mode of the story. 
4. Notice left side panel button in edit mode is greyed out and showing 'Left side panel isn't available in Reporting Layout' on hovering the cursor on the left side panel button. 

'Enable Reporting Layout' toggle is turned on in styling panel.
