3551785 - In QP02, error "Material has already been assigned to the inspection plan" (QP199) is raised when changing an existing entry

Symptom

Material assignment of an inspection plan is changed in transaction QP02.

For example, for an already existing entry a customer and/or vendor number is entered, or field 'Search field' is maintained.

When saving the changes, system raises error message "Material has already been assigned to the inspection plan" (message nr: QP199).

Despite no duplicated entry is maintained on Material assignment popup.
