3551810 - Response Mismatch in IDoc to IDoc Integration Scenario in SAP Cloud Integration

Symptom

In a ECC to Cloud Integration to S4Hana scenario, after a successful run, the ECC receives an "1040:SRT: Wrong message type" error. That is because the ECC receives a `XXXXX` IDoc response from S/4HANA. The expected response should be an `YYYYY` IDoc.
