The Latest Benefits Overview Page has no option for changing the banner picture.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Employee Profile;
- Go to Benefits Section;
- Click in "View your Benefits Overview";
- "Latest Benefits Overview Page" will show with a banner picture;
There is no option to change the picture.
Resolution
Currently, this is expected behavior and it is not possible to change this picture.
