3551938 - Error in assigning document with document type YBO to Production Version in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Error messages "No authorization for Create the object link when set to status FR" or "Document type YBO does not allow you to assign to object MKAL" appear when attempting to attach a YBO document to the production version.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to the "Manage Production Versions" app.
2. Enter plant, Material, and select the first line.
3. Press document to link the document to the production version.
4. Attempt to link the document with document type YBO.

The issue arises due to the document type YBO does not allow assignment to object MKAL. This information can be found in configuration activity SSCUI - Define document types.

1. Create a document with document type SPP which has object link MKAL defined.
2. Business catalog SAP_PLM_BC_DIR_CUSTOM_PC which used for custom document type only is not needed as both document types YBO and SPP are standard ones.
