3551944 - HCM Processes App (F6686): Short Dump and Errors While Loading KPIs or Filters

Symptom

Users may experience the following issues when using the HCM Processes App (App ID: F6686):

1. In-App Errors:

    • "Unable to load KPI due to a technical issue"
    • "Unable to display filter - Unable to load data due to a technical issue"

2. Console Log Errors: Error 400 for GET C_HCMProcess with messages:

    • {"code":"SY/530","message":"RFC-Error: The current program has intentionally triggered a termination with a short dump."}
    • {"code":"RFC_FAILURE","message":"RFC-Error: The current program has intentionally triggered a termination with a short dump.}

3. Short Dump in Backend System:

    • Dump type: CX_SADL_DUMP_APPL_MODEL_ERROR
    • Dump indicates the error originates in the class CL_HRFIO_ASR_PROCESS_ANALYTICS.

4. Gateway Error Log: Errors in Transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG:

    • /IWFND/CM_MGW002 and /IWFND/CM_MGW004.
    • Error Text: "RFC-Error: The current program has intentionally triggered a termination with a short dump."
