3551957 - The Length of Fields 'Name' and 'Description' are 20 and 40 in SOAP API Profit Center - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In Profit Center - Name | SAP Help Portal, it is introduced maximum field length of fields 'Name' and 'Description' are 40 and 80, but only 20 and 40 will be accepted.

The Help Portal is in sync with the API interface definition. 

The constrains will be added to indicate supported field length is only 20 for 'Name' and 40 for 'Description'.
