3551960 - Missing Cancellation Policy Description in Approval Required Notification Email

In the approval process for withdrawing from a class training, cancellation policy description is missing in the approval required notification email.

1. User withdraw from a class that has cancellation policy set and the approval request will be sent to the approver
2. The approver receive the 'approval required notification email'
3. Noticed that cancellation policy is missing

The cancellation policy description is localized. The user receiving the email has a locale for which the cancellation policy description is not defined.

Example:

The approver's locale is set to German, but the cancellation policy description has only been defined in English locale. The cancellation policy description will not be shown in the approver's approval required notification emails.

1. Identify the locale of the user receiving the email.
2. Navigate to Learning Administration > References > Finance > Cancellation Policies.
3. Search for the cancellation policy.
4. In the Summary tab, click the little earth icon next to 'description'.
5. Define the description for the locale of the user receiving the email.
