3551970 - What is the Field Under User Name in My Team View of New Learning Experience

You want to understand what is displayed under the employee's name in the My Team view of ILX.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login and go to My Learning
2. With New Learning Experience on, go to My Team
3. Note there is a field under employee's name

The section corresponds to the standard "Job Title" field in the Learning. As of the 2H 2025 release, this section will now also display the Organization ID. The section underneath the employee's name will either be blank if there is no Job Title or Organization data or display Job Title and/or Organization depending on what is populated on their user records.

Admins can find the fields under section Employment Information on the user details. If this fields are not visible, check the Entity Configuration.
