1. Login and go to My Leanring
2. With New Leanring Experience on, go to My Team
3. Note there is a field under employee's name

The field corresponds to the standard "Job Title" field in the Learning.

Admins can find the field under section Employment Information on the user details, and if this field is not visible, check the Entity Configuration.
