3552064 - Is it possible to initiate the onboarding for a candidate when the requisition is already closed

When the requisition is closed and there is no candidate hired on the requisition, can the onboarding be initiated for the candidate for the closed requisition ?

We can initiate Onboarding for a candidate in Closed Requisition if that the candidate is placed in Hireable status.  

Even if the requisition is manually closed or auto closed with the settings enabled in manage recruiting settings for 'when number of remaining openings becomes less than one Automatically close requisitions ' and no candidate is hired yet on the requisition , we can initiate the Onboarding for the candidate in that requisition.
