Symptom

The following error arises in Content Studio when you choose "Start Spam Filter Check and Show Email Previews" to analyze an email's content using the legacy editor:

An error occurred
Content analysis couldn't be accessed
Error Details
Content analysis couldn't be accessed.
HTTP error in action GET for resource CompanyEmailAddress.
Destination cannot be determined.

SAP MARKETING CLOUD

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the content studio.
  2. Open email (Legacy Editor)
  3. Click on Test Email.
  4. Select Start Spam Filter Check and Show Email Previews
  5. Fill in the personalization attribute if any.
  6. Click on Start in.
  7. You will notice the below error:

    An error occurred

    Content analysis couldn't be accessed
    Error Details
    Content analysis couldn't be accessed.
    HTTP error in action GET for resource CompanyEmailAddress.
    Destination cannot be determined.

Cause

This functionality has been deprecated.

Resolution

This functionality has been deprecated and is not supported anymore.
