3552185 - 500 Internal Server Error with Body 'Null' when Creating SAP Business Transformation Center (BTC) Endpoint in Landscape Management (LMS)

Symptom

When creating the SAP Business Transformation Center endpoint in the SAP CALM Landscape Management (LMS) app, you get the following error:

Error message: Failed to fetch 'x-csrf-token' on URI '/sap/opu/odata/BDTS/SOFTWARE_COMPONENT_SRV'.

Response status: HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error with the body showing as 'null'.
