Users get an error when trying to initiate Onboarding for Candidates. The error would be similar to the one seen below;
Error
Unable to initiate the Onboarding process (2.0) for the following 1 out of 1 candidates
the Recruit-To-Hire Data Mapping page in Admin Center is mapped.. Hiring Manager field
on the Recruit-To-Hire Data Mapping page in Admin Center is mapped.. Company field
on the Recruit-To-Hire Data Mapping page in Admin Center is mapped.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Cause
Either the Onboarding Status has not been set as Hireable or the Hired Status has not been set as Hired in the Status Set being used by the Job Requisition.
Resolution
Updating the settings in the Status Set should resolve the issue.
