3552305 - Central Management Server missing after clearing Apache Tomcat cache

Symptom

  • After clearing Apache Tomcat cache, Central Management Server is unreachable.
  • In Central Management Console the following error message displays:
    Account information not recognized. Could not reach CMS 'xx:6400'. The CMS on machine 'xx' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031).
  • Under serverpids folder, Central Management Server is missing.
  • When performing ./startservers command, all servers are running.
  • Servers cannot be stopped or killed.
