Symptom
- After clearing Apache Tomcat cache, Central Management Server is unreachable.
- In Central Management Console the following error message displays:
Account information not recognized. Could not reach CMS 'xx:6400'. The CMS on machine 'xx' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031). - Under serverpids folder, Central Management Server is missing.
- When performing ./startservers command, all servers are running.
- Servers cannot be stopped or killed.
