3552373 - The List View Disappears When Selecting Value Help in the 'Account' Field

When a value is entered in the 'Account' field and a value help is selected, the value help/list view disappears.

Below is an example,

1. Go to Service Desk workcenter
2. Go to New Service Order view
3. Start typing in the 'Account' field and click the list view selection.
4. The list view only briefly pops up and then disappears

This is the standard system behavior.

When a value is entered in the 'Account' field, the system automatically displays a default value along with a dropdown of suggested names. It expects the user to select from these available options, which is why the list view does not appear on the screen.

However, when you enter some text and place the cursor at the end before selecting the value help, the list view appears as expected.
