Symptom

  • You would like to know how the TSTMP_IS_VALID() function validates the timestamps
  • The TSTMP_IS_VALID function is not working as expected.
    For e.g.: The expected format of valid timestamp is yyyymmddhhmmss (length 14). The string 2021107094230 (length 13) is expected to be false, however the function returns value 1 (true) instead
