Symptom
- A PDF document is created under Manage Documents when an Online Offer Letter is sent to a candidate.
- Users are able to access offer letters belonging to other individuals through the Manage Documents feature.

Reproducing the Issue
- Send an Online Offer Letter to a candidate.
- Navigate to Manage Documents.
- Observe that a new PDF document "OfferLetter.pdf" is created.
Cause
A PDF document named "OfferLetter.pdf" is created when the 'Next Step' button is clicked on the offer letter template page. The content of the document is based on the selected offer letter template.
Resolution
The system is designed to create a PDF document once the editing of the offer letter template is finished. This occurs before selecting the offer letter send mode.
You can restrict the permission to see offer letters in Manage Documents. Please review the permission 'Manage Document Categories' that allows the admin to control access to any of the predetermined document categories and to any of the custom document categories you create.
