3552467 - Location Contains Logistics Area that Allows Negative Stock

You are trying to uncheck the the indicator Negative Stock Allowed for a specific Site or Location. However, an error 'Location ABC contains logistics area that allows negative stock' occurs which stops you to do that.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Supply Chain Design Master Data Work Center.
2. Navigate to the Locations View.
3. Search for the specific Site or Location and select it.
4. Choose Edit button.
5. Uncheck the indicator, then the mentioned error would occur.

There are logistics areas which marked as negative stock allowed below this specific Site/ Location, causing an expected error reporting.

To resolve this error, you should first check the marking status of all sub-logistics areas under this Site/ Location by following the steps below.

1. Go to the Supply Chain Design Master Data Work Center.
2. Navigate to the Locations View.
3. Search for the specific Site or Location and select it.
4. Choose Edit Layout button.
5. Check each line of the logistics areas which under the Site/ Location and make sure the indicator Negative Stock Allowed is unchecked.
6. Choose Save and Close.

After this, you would be able to uncheck the mentioned indicator at the Location/ Site Level.
