Pre-approved job requisitions closed by API are still stuck in Home Page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting.
2. Create a job requisition.
3. See the job requisition displayed as a pending approval item in Home Page.
4. Close the job requisition through API by updating the "internalStatus" field to "2" (Closed).
5. Back to Home Page. Notice that the job requisition is still displayed on Home Page as a pending approval item.

When directly updating the "internalStatus" field to "2" (Closed), it does not trigger an event to update the status of the To-Do card in the database. Therefore, the To-Do card will still appear on Home Page. 

Please do not directly updating the internalStatus of job requisitions. Currently, it is not supported to close/cancel a pre-approved job requisition through API.

If there are completed approval items being stuck in Home Page, please open a ticket with SAP Support with the following information to remove the items from the card.

1. Company ID
2. Support access
3. A list of affected Job Requisition IDs
