3552491 - Unable to Download Feeds

You are looking for an option to Extract/Download all Feeds from the system in a file (e.g CSV format).

SAP Cloud for Customer

By default, there is no standard option to mass download Feeds content (either via Odata or Data Workbench). There is also no Data Source available for the Feed Object (as reference at 2586369 - Data Source For Feed Is Missing).

As this is the system standard behavior, you can post a request in the Influence page; there you can request the new features for the new releases of the system. This channel also allows you to follow up your requests directly with the C4C Product Management Team

Posting it there is a must, since such requests are not handled via standard Support Channel. Any changes to the existing system might impact the existing customers and user experience in different ways. Our PM team can check the requests, validate any side effects and then consider it via the Influence Page.
