3552505 - Global Info Error in Manage Pending Hires - "Global Info fields are configured. But Country has not been passed from RCM" - Onboarding 1.0

A Global Info Error is displayed in Manage Pending Hires (MPH) page: 

Global Info fields are configured. But Country has not been passed from RCM. Please configure globalInfo.country or jobInfo.company, jobInfo.company.country, homeAddress.country.home for global info fields to be propogated to New Hire.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Go to "Manage Pending hires"
2. Select tab "Onboarding 1.0"
3. Click the candidate's name
4. The error message pops up

The mapping of the "country" fields from ONB 1.0 to EC has not been completed.

Step 1: Configure the globalInfo.country field.

1. Go to "Manage businese configuration".
2. Expand "globalInfo"
3. Edit each country specific globalInfo, named as "globalInfo_xxx".
4. Select Take Action > Make Correction.
5. Add and enable the "country" field.

Step 2: Ensure that the candidate has values for country fields in ONB 1.0 HRdata.

Step 3: Go to "Field mapping tool for onboarding 1.0 EC integration" to configure the mapping of "country" fields between ONB 1.0 and EC. Ensure that all necessary data can be passed from ONB 1.0 to EC.
