Symptom

- strdbs.cmd in red status and shows "Could not be started" from SAPMMC:

- Error message shows in sapstart.log

(3900) CreateProcess(\\hostname\sapmnt\SID\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64\strdbs.cmd SID) failed(2). ENOENT*: No such file or directory OR: The system cannot find the file specified.
