3552593 - Mass Data Management Tool picks up incorrect dates for onChange Rule

• The Mass Data Management (MDM) tool in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central picks up incorrect effective date when onChange rule is triggered on Mass Data Change.
• The effective date of the onChange rule is set as the previous record's effective date rather than effective date of new change made by Mass Data Management Tool.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Mass Data Management
2. Filter and Search for Position
3. Perform Change to Position field to trigger onChange rule
4. Notice in Rule Trace wrong effective date of onChange rule.

This has been identified as an issue by the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Engineering team.
