Symptom

Missing data in KPIs tiles in 'Statistics and Analysis' Dashboard in SAP Analytics Cloud.

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud 2024.21.11

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SAC
  2. Go to 'System' > 'Performance' > 'Statistics and Analysis'

Observe that the User KPIs and the front-end KPIs appear blank.

Resolution

The fix will be available in QRC-1 2025.

Workaround:

  1. Login to SAC
  2. Go to 'System' > 'Performance' > 'Statistics and Analysis'
  3. Click on Edit Mode
  4. Select the KPI tile
  5. Click on (...)
  6. Click on 'Copy' > 'Copy to' > 'New Canvas page'

On the New Canvas page, the KPI tile loads the data.
