Symptom
Missing data in KPIs tiles in 'Statistics and Analysis' Dashboard in SAP Analytics Cloud.
Environment
SAP Analytics Cloud 2024.21.11
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to SAC
- Go to 'System' > 'Performance' > 'Statistics and Analysis'
Observe that the User KPIs and the front-end KPIs appear blank.
Resolution
The fix will be available in QRC-1 2025.
Workaround:
- Login to SAC
- Go to 'System' > 'Performance' > 'Statistics and Analysis'
- Click on Edit Mode
- Select the KPI tile
- Click on (...)
- Click on 'Copy' > 'Copy to' > 'New Canvas page'
On the New Canvas page, the KPI tile loads the data.
