3552675 - Special payment not settled when EMODS/MODSZ determination change

Symptom

When an employee is entitled to special payment and a change in master data (New entry on infotype IT0001 with changes) leads to a different feature determination by feature EMODS/MODSZ the special payment is not triggered.

This is specific to Spanish and Austria payroll solutions
