3552755 - Error when importing Families and Roles via Configuration Transport Center

• An error occurs when attempting to move Families and Roles using the Configuration Transport Center.
• Error "There is one or multiple sub tasks failed. Inside throwable is for last exception." is thrown when trying to transport Families and Roles via Configuration Transport Center
• The validation process is successful, but the import fails.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to the Configuration Transport Center
2. Try to transport Families and Roles

The issue arises because the Family and Roles are supported only for JDM to JDM tenants. The instances in question might be migrated to JDM 2.0 (JPB), hence the transport won't be unsupported.

Note: If the source instance has Job Description Manager (JDM) enabled, ensure that JDM is also enabled in the target instance to ensure the optimal performance and data integrity during the transport. Mismatched states can lead to data inconsistencies and errors during transport. 

There is a plan to support JDM 2.0 and Roles in future releases but still we have no expected date.
