3552792 - Issue with Viewing Approved/Pending Leave Requests in Time Off ESS UI - Calendar

The user is unable to view approved or pending leave requests under the Time Off ESS UI > Calendar. Additionally, these requests are not displayed under Upcoming Time Off.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Management

1. Navigate to Time Off ESS UI.
2. Check the calendar view.
3. Check for any approved or pending leave requests.
4. Observe that the leave requests are not visible in the calendar or under Upcoming Time Off.

• Time Type Object permission is missing.

• Ensure the appropriate permissions are granted based on the security status of the Time Type object.
• If the Time Type Object is Secured:
  • At least View permission must be granted to the user.
• If the Time Type Object is Not Secured:
  • You must grant permission "Access to Non-Secured Object" under Manage Permission Roles > Permissions > Metadata Framework.
