3552862 - Error: Relationship with role Contact Person Relationship already exists between xxxxxx and yyyyyy

You get the Error: Relationship with role Contact Person Relationship already exists between xxxxxx and yyyyyy when creating a Contact and Contact Relationship using Data Impex tool.

1. Click on User Menu
2. Go to Settings
3. Go to All Settings facet
4. Go to Data Import and Export
5. Go to Import and Export Data
6. Click on Import and click Create
7. Select Entity as Contact
8. Select Individual Sub-Entities
9. Check Is contact person for
10. Select the File Type Click on Browse Files
11. Select the file and click on Import Data
12. Go to Tasks section under Import and Export Data
13. Observation: Status is Completed with Errors
14. Download and Open the file
15. Error: Relationship with role Contact Person Relationship already exists between xxxxxx and yyyyyy

The link of the Contact to be created to the Account was maintained twice, i.e., in both - Contact (Root Entity) and Is contact person for Excel file. We have the redundancy explicitly in the entities to also allow the maintenance of the default account via the Contact (Root Entity) directly.

Remove the Account Technical ID or Account ID field data from the Contact (Root Entity) file and maintain it only in the Is Contact Person for Excel file.
