Symptom

Greece eInvoice - unable to delete pre-delivered configuration from SSCUI 106028 'Maintain Categories for General Ledger Accounts'

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the SSCUI Maintain Categories for General Ledger Accounts 106028
  2. Click on "EDIT".
  3. The Delete option is grayed out.

Cause

Deletion option is disabled in SSCUI 106028

Resolution

Deletion of entries is not supported in SSCUI 106028 'Maintain Categories for General Ledger Accounts'


For reference see the Roadmap Viewer - Configuration Activity xlsm, check the excel Configuration Activity.xlsm (SAP Customer) where it is mentioned that for SSCUI 106028 'Maintain Categories for General Ledger Accounts', the column "Delete Customer Records" states "Deletion not supported". 
It is only possible to delete entries using expert configuration request by contacting relevant Customer Success Partner (CSP) who will guide through this process.
