3552891 - Unable to create Remittance Challan for TCS - India (206C Section)

When trying to create the remittance challan for TCS, the system returns an error: "No unpaid tax lines exist for the given selection criteria".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Create Remittance Challan for Customer - India App
2. Enter all the details:
   Company code, Fiscal year, Section code, Posting date, Section, Collection code, Value date, Customer, Document Date, Posting date, G/L Account, and click Run.
3. After clicking the run button, this error was displaying

This error may occur when an incorrect or inappropriate application is used for processing the remittance challan related to TCS (Tax Collected at Source).

To process TCS remittance documents under Section 206C, use the appropriate application "Challan Number Updation – Customers".

Note: "Create Remittance Challan for Customers – India" application is only used to process customer documents under section 194R.
