As part of the C4C Utility implementation, it is require to maintain/display the Address Independent Phone Number and Email address in the Utilities Communication tab for both Accounts and Individual Customers in C4C.
However as part of the business process, incase there are multiple phone numbers, users should be able to select the default from the list of multiple Address Independent Phone Number and Email address maintained in C4C.
In C4C, the default indicator column is not available in the UI.
