3552938 - A Forecast Category is missing under Intelligent Sales Execution

Symptom

A Forecast Categories under Intelligent Sales Execution are missing.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Intelligent Sales Execution WorkCenter
  2. Open the Forecast Tracker View
  3. Some Forecast Category is missing

Cause

Under the Fine Tune Activity one or more Categories are deleted.

Resolution

To turn the Categories visible again under the Intelligent Sales Execution is needed restore the default categories in the Business Configuration following the below steps:

  1. Go to the Business Configuration WorkCenter
  2. Click on the Overview View
  3. Click on search on the "Business Configuration Search" section and write "Sales ForeCast Category"
  4. Click on the option found.
  5. In the top right there is a link called "Restore Default" click on it to restore the categories
