3552975 - Unable to Select Answer '0' for Pre-Screening Question when Internal Candidates Applying - Recruiting Management

Internal candidates are unable to select answer '0' for the pre-screening question during the application process.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Admin Center > Career
2. Apply a job requisition as an internal candidate
3. Select the answer option "0" for the pre-screening question
4. There is no response if you check the option "0". It shows as unselected.

It is a known issue.

Workaround

Change the Label of answer option from Job Requisition Details page, i.e. by editing the answer from 0 to the text "Zero".
