3552995 - Project Profitability reports has missing revenue postings - Service Contracts

Entries (like billing documents) not shown in report Project Profitability.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Check the relevant entries with app Display Line Items - General Ledger. Check field Object Type (ACDOCA-ACCASTY).

App Project Profitability only support Object Type = PR (Project). If the field is with value other than PR, the entry will not be shown in the app.

When assigning a WBS Element to a Service Contract, this is for informational purposes only. The relevant posting is with Object Type = SC, which means the account assignment is Service Contract.
With app Project Profitability, only costs are visible. To check both costs and revenues, below apps can be used:

“Display Line Items – Margin Analysis”

“Product and Service Margins”

“Project Booklet” on the roadmap which also should be able to display the data in the future.
